Gestern konnte uns Dirk endlich die\u00a0 Rahmen f\u00fcr die Dachfenster einbauen &#8211; sie sehen sehr sch\u00f6n aus. Leider\u00a0 wurde bei einem Rahmen vergessen, den Fensteralarmmelder zu befestigen. Daf\u00fcr haben wir gerade im\u00a0 Baumarkt die Lampen gekauft und heute vorangebracht &#8211; komplett kommen\u00a0 sie dran, sobald der Maler fertig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Vorher haben wir noch unseren Baum\u00fcll weggebracht. Es ist immer\u00a0 wieder ein Abenteuer, einen Abfallhof zu finden, der nicht kurzfristig\u00a0 umgezogen ist oder Samstags geschlossen hat. Doch es ist uns gegl\u00fcckt\u00a0 und wir sind die D\u00e4mmung, die Fliesenabf\u00e4lle, die Regipsreste sowie\u00a0 viele Kleinigkeiten f\u00fcr nur 20 Euro losgeworden!<\/p>\n<p>Danach haben wir begonnen die Alarmmelder an den Fenstern\u00a0 anzubringen. Das funktionierte ganz gut, bis wir zu den bodentiefen\u00a0 Fenstern kamen. Die T\u00fcren liegen nach dem Estrich so tief, dass wir die Melder kaum festschrauben k\u00f6nnen &#8211; aber jetzt m\u00fcssen wir schnell los, um\u00a0 das Viertelfinale Deutschland-Argentinien zu schauen&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Sonntag, 04.07.2010<\/h2>\n<p>Wir sind nun auch Halbfinale \ud83d\ude09 Bei dem 4:0-Sieg gegen Argentinien\u00a0 habe ich eine Kiste Bier gewonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem unser Hei\u00dfkleber die Alarmmelder nicht befestigt bekommt und wir eine wichtige Liste f\u00fcr die Elektrik zu Hause vergessen haben,\u00a0 fahren wir noch einmal zur\u00fcck. In der Hoffnung auf einen besseren Kleber \u00a0 nehmen wir noch einen Umweg zur HEM-Tankstelle und ergattern den\u00a0 letzten Kunsstoff-Sekundenkleber. Der ist tats\u00e4chlich die Rettung und\u00a0 wir schaffen es bis 18:00 Uhr alle Alarmmelder anzuschrauben bzw.\u00a0 anzukleben. Es fehlt jetzt nur noch der an der Haust\u00fcr, weil diese erst n\u00e4chste Woche geliefert wird (hoffentlich).<\/p>\n<p>Norman hat ausserdem begonnen, die Netzwerkkabel an sein Patchpanel\u00a0 anzuschlie\u00dfen &#8211; Es geht voran &#8211; wenn auch deutlich verz\u00f6gert, da lt. Dort sind wir dann aber\u00a0 gegen 16:00 Uhr aufgebrochen, um zumindest noch das Klingelkabel und den \u00a0 letzten Alarmsender an der Eingangst\u00fcr (die endlich drin ist)\u00a0 einzubauen. Vorallem das Klingelkabel war nicht so einfach, da wir noch einmal durch die Wand zum HWR bohren, Sch\u00e4chte um die T\u00fcr herum\u00a0 schneiden und alles mit dem Kabel wieder gipsen mussten (Der Maler w\u00fcrde \u00a0 nicht so erfreut sein, dachten wir. Aber er sah das dann doch ganz\u00a0 gelassen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Im Nachhinein war es wichtig, dass wir beides am Sonntag erledigt\u00a0 haben, denn am n\u00e4chsten Tag war pl\u00f6tzlich schon der T\u00fcrrahmen\u00a0 eingeputzt. Die Putzer haben alles eingeputzt, das ihnen in den Weg\u00a0 kam&#8230; Die Dose mit den Alarmkabeln hatten wir nicht mit einem roten\u00a0 Deckel abgedeckt, so dass jetzt vermutlich alle Kabel im Putz stecken.\u00a0 Und w\u00e4re der Alarmmelder nicht angebaut gewesen, h\u00e4tten wir ihn auch im Putz suchen m\u00fcssen ;-(<\/p>\n<h3>Montag, 19.07.2010<\/h3>\n<p>Nachdem letzte Woche haupts\u00e4chlich Malerarbeiten liefen und die\u00a0 Treppe endlich angezeichnet wurde (damit die Treppen-LEDs auf richtiger H\u00f6he eingebaut werden konnten), geht heute endlich der Tiefbau f\u00fcr\u00a0 Strom\/Wasser\/Abwasser los.<\/p>\n<p>Eigentlich war mit uns besprochen, dass der Tiefbauer sich um die\u00a0 Koordination f\u00fcr Strom und Wasser k\u00fcmmert &#8211; der wu\u00dfte aber nur vom\u00a0 Strom. Also habe ich kurz mit meinem Ansprechpartner von den\u00a0 Wasserwerken gesprochen, der nach 10 Minuten sogar prompt vorbei kam &#8211;\u00a0 super! Da hat die zweite Tiefbaufirma heute bereits ein\u00a0 riesiges Loch ausgehoben &#8211; in den Details stecke ich nicht drin, nur\u00a0 soviel, dass wir wahnsinnig Gl\u00fcck hatten, dass sie den etwas tieferen\u00a0 Anschluss gew\u00e4hlt haben. Ansonsten h\u00e4tten wir f\u00fcr das Abwasser Pumpen\u00a0 einsetzen m\u00fcssen, da es mit dem Gef\u00e4lle nicht ausgereicht h\u00e4tte. Mal\u00a0 abgesehen davon, war der urspr\u00fcngliche Plan, noch weiter unten bei der\u00a0 Anliegerstra\u00dfe abzuzweigen. Einziges Problem war, dass wir dann mit den Leitungen einen Baum besch\u00e4digt h\u00e4tten. Leider waren wir in die\u00a0 Diskussion nicht einbezogen und wissen nicht, wer anders entschieden\u00a0 hat. Denn der Baum, um den es dabei gehen m\u00fc\u00dfte, ist eine Birne, die nur \u00a0 noch halblebendig ist und ihr Leben bald aushauchen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Am Abend hatten wir selbst noch ordentlich was zu tun. Wir mussten\u00a0 noch unsere Kabel (Satellit + Erdung, Klingel, Telekom) aus dem Haus\u00a0 leiten und teils in die vorhandenen Sch\u00e4chte legen, bevor der Tiefbau\u00a0 alles wieder zugraben w\u00fcrde. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Aufwand war dabei, die\u00a0 Satellitenkabel in das 25m lange Leerrohr zu bekommen und zu Hause einen \u00a0 Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Handwerker zu schreiben, damit mit unseren Kabeln\u00a0 richtig weitergearbeitet wird. F\u00fcr all dies hatten wir nur den Abend\u00a0 Zeit, da wir beide am n\u00e4chsten Tag eine 2t\u00e4gige Dienstreise vorhatten&#8230; \u00a0 Aber wenn man sp\u00e4ter erst einmal im Haus wohnt, ist der Stress bald\u00a0 vergessen (hoffe ich)!<\/p>\n<p>Kleines Highlight auf der R\u00fcckfahrt war noch die riesige Ansammlung\u00a0 von Wildg\u00e4nsen (unsere zuk\u00fcnftigen Nachbarn). Wir haben die ersten Lampen\u00a0 angebracht! Parallel hat der Maler im Erdgeschoss die letzten W\u00e4nde\u00a0 gestrichen, so dass wir im gesamten Haus auch die elektrischen\u00a0 Feuermelder anschlie\u00dfen konnten. Hoffentlich funktioniert am Ende alles so gut, wie es aussieht \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Am Morgen haben wir zun\u00e4chst noch eine Probe des Paketts abgeholt und \u00a0 jetzt zwei Varianten zwischen denen wir uns nicht einscheiden k\u00f6nnen. Entweder wird es Eiche wei\u00df ge\u00f6lt (Landhausdiele) oder Eiche natur ge\u00f6lt\u00a0 (in Fischgr\u00e4tenmuster verlegt). Die Landhausdiele k\u00f6nnten wir sogar\u00a0 selbst verlegen (verklebt, da dies bei Fu\u00dfbodenheizung am besten ist).\u00a0 Das kleine Format sollten nur Profis verlegen. Damit ist die Eiche in\u00a0 natur ge\u00f6lt auch etwas teurer bei der Verlegung. Und optisch finden wir\u00a0 beide klasse. Das eine (wei\u00df ge\u00f6lt) ist eher modern und es hat nicht\u00a0 jeder, wirkt daf\u00fcr aber k\u00fchler. Die Tiefbauer haben Kies auf den Terassenbereich gef\u00fcllt, die Erde so gut es geht auf dem restlichen Grundst\u00fcck verteilt und die Auffahrt etwas geebnet. Endlich k\u00f6nnen wir uns vorstellen, dass daraus ein Garten werden kann \ud83d\ude42 Sicher wird sich beim Garten planen noch einiges an H\u00f6hen \u00e4ndern, aber die Erde bekommen wir verteilt!<\/p>\n<p>Auch Strom sollte es in den n\u00e4chsten Tagen geben. Der Stromkasten im Haus ist angebaut, der Baustrom abgebaut. Bei zwei Stufen scheinen sie sich vermessen zu haben. Die Lampen funktionieren. Au\u00dfen beginnen die Tiefbauer der Wasserwerke endlich mit den Wasserzuleitungen f\u00fcr das Haus (nach urspr\u00fcnglichem Bauzeitenplan h\u00e4tten wir bereits Mitte Juli einziehen Wir wissen nicht wie feucht er ist und er muss trocken genug sein, bevor der Holzboden im Wohnzimmer\/K\u00fcche verlegt wird. Danach widerum kann erst die K\u00fcche eingebaut werden.
